How it works

Complete the job in three clear steps

  1. Enter or choose one option per line, optionally followed by a numeric weight.
  2. Use the available controls to create a random decision and audit-friendly pick history.
  3. Review, copy, or download the result before relying on it.

Important

Check the result before relying on it

Review generated output before using it in production. Formatters and converters can validate structure, but they cannot understand every application-specific rule or guarantee that transformed content has the intended meaning.

Questions

About this tool

Is the result guaranteed to be perfectly random?

It uses the browser's cryptographic random-number generator, which is suitable for ordinary fair choices but is not a certified lottery or regulated drawing system.

How do weights work?

Write an option as Name | 3 to give it three times the selection weight of Name | 1.
