About Lucaden’s free browser tools, file privacy, and business workspace.

Lucaden is now a broad online-tool collection. FPS and invoices remain available as business features rather than defining the whole site.

What is Lucaden?

Lucaden is a growing collection of focused online tools for PDFs, documents, images, video, audio, archives, data, QR codes, barcodes, invoices, and small-business workflows.

Do I need an account to use the file tools?

No. The PDF, image, ZIP, metadata, crop, conversion, QR, barcode, and CSV/JSON tools work without signing in. Accounts are only needed for hosted business records and payment-profile features.

Are my files uploaded to Lucaden?

Most Lucaden file utilities process the selected file in browser memory on your device. Each tool page explains its privacy behavior. Media conversion downloads an FFmpeg WebAssembly runtime, but the selected media still stays on your device.

Which tool categories are available?

Lucaden currently includes PDF and document tools, image and media tools, ZIP and data converters, QR and barcode utilities, a smart invoice workspace, and Hong Kong FPS business workflows.

Are the tools free?

Yes. Public browser tools, including every local Treasury & AP control, are free to use. Pro is USD 19/month and is reserved for hosted business records, branding, and credentialed ERP/TMS webhook features.

Can I use Lucaden on a phone?

Yes. The tool directory and workspaces are responsive, although large PDF, image, and video jobs usually perform better on a desktop device with more memory.

What happens to my original file?

Lucaden creates a new downloadable result and does not modify the original file stored on your device. Keep important originals until you have checked the output.

Can I suggest another tool?

Yes. Lucaden is expanding beyond its original business toolkit. Additional document, image, media, and everyday utility tools can be added as the collection grows.

Are the FPS business tools still available?

Yes. Lucaden still provides Hong Kong FPS payment profiles, QR links, payment requests, and invoice workflows as one category within the broader toolkit.

Which regional payment QR schemes are supported?

Lucaden builds native draft payloads for SEPA EPC, India UPI, Brazil Pix, and Thailand PromptPay. It also safely encodes official provider-issued payloads or links for Hong Kong FPS, SGQR/PayNow, DuitNow, QRIS, QR Ph, VietQR, and other major markets.

Which ERP and treasury systems are supported?

The integration builder provides normalized events and field maps for SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Workday, Kyriba, Coupa Treasury, Xero, QuickBooks, Odoo, and Sage Intacct. Production connections still require customer-managed authentication and target-system validation.

Can I use my Lucaden payment link as a site profile URL?

Yes. A published business link can act as a dedicated payment profile URL for invoices, WhatsApp, email signatures, quotations, receipts, or a website payment button.

Where does the money go?

Payments are sent directly from the customer to the business owner's FPS-linked bank or wallet account. Lucaden does not touch, hold, settle, or route the money.

How much does Lucaden charge per FPS payment?

Nothing. Lucaden does not take a transaction cut from FPS transfers.

Do you process payments or confirm receipt?

No. Lucaden is not a bank, stored value facility, payment processor, FPS operator, or receipt-confirmation provider. Merchants should check their own bank or wallet account and mark requests manually unless they later connect their own external system.

Is the business workspace an official FPS service?

No. Lucaden is independent and is not an official FPS, HKICL, HKMA, bank-approved, or bank-verified service.
