How it works

From details to a shareable payment page

  1. Enter expected-request and received-payment CSV data.
  2. Choose the relevant options and create a reconciliation report CSV.
  3. Review the assumptions and download or copy the result when available.

Important

Verify payment in the receiving account

Lucaden creates payment profiles, QR codes, and request links. It does not hold funds or confirm settlement. A merchant should check their own bank or wallet account before treating a request as paid.

Questions

About this tool

Does Lucaden confirm that an FPS payment settled?

No. This tool only compares the CSV data you provide. Treat the receiving bank or wallet account as the authoritative settlement record.

What columns are required?

Each CSV needs a reference-like column and amount-like column. Common headings such as reference, payment reference, amount, paid amount, customer, and date are detected.
