How it works

Complete the job in three clear steps

  1. Choose the ERP, accounting platform, or treasury management system that will receive the event.
  2. Enter the company, counterparty, payment reference, amount, currency, value date, and operational status.
  3. Download the normalized JSON event and CSV field map for implementation and sandbox validation by the integration team.

Important

Check the result before relying on it

Scan-test generated codes before printing or distribution. A generated barcode does not register identifier ownership, and decoded external links should be checked before opening.

Practical details

What this Lucaden tool does

Lucaden creates a versioned canonical treasury event so one payment workflow can map consistently into several enterprise systems.

The generated pack is an implementation handoff, not a credentialed direct connection or a substitute for the target system's current API contract.

Included capabilities

  • Twelve ERP/TMS adapter profiles
  • Normalized treasury event
  • CSV field-mapping pack
  • Idempotency and control guidance

Useful for

  • Brief an SAP integration team
  • Map Oracle Financials fields
  • Prepare a TMS handoff
  • Standardize payment events across subsidiaries

Questions

About this tool

Does this connect directly to the selected ERP or TMS?

No. It produces an implementation-ready canonical event and mapping pack. A production connection still needs customer-managed authentication, approvals, middleware, and sandbox validation against the target release.

Can a QR scan be treated as payment confirmation?

No. Confirm status only from bank, PSP, acquirer, ERP, or TMS evidence and preserve idempotency and reconciliation controls.
